Leader Lab is designed to help good leaders become great leaders by guiding individuals to become fully aware of what it is like to be on the other side of themselves and make adjustments.
Each leader will develop a leadership community in a core group of 6-8 other professionals desiring to grow to the next level.
Leader Lab utilizes The New Generation Leader’s self-awareness process of understanding your personality to the highest degree while implementing tools to help strengthen your EQ and become more effective in areas such as communication, time management, influence and execution.
This in-person, 12-month series is designed to engage and examine your life through an objective lens:
- Discover your own personal lens of leadership
- Learn to lead others through influence
- Build trust with your peers
Workshops will be held six times during the year in Richmond, Virginia. Monthly Core Groups and 1-to-1 coaching can be held virtually to accommodate out-of-town travel.
